In this example, we are pairing two het candy animals (nC) together. This should result within 4 offspring. Remember that this is all theoretical and nature always has its own intentions.
The resulted breeding provides us with:
1 x Normal (nn)
2 x het candy (nC)
1 x visual candy (CC)
Due to the fact that the normal and het candy offspring look similar, there is no way to visually differentiate between the het cand and the normal, the result is being we will call all the normal looking offspring 66% het candy. Basically, this means that the normal looking offspring have a 66% chance of proving to be a het for candy.
